A-team on a Roll; Defeats Lady Spartans

Last Friday, the A team defeated the West Hall Lady Spartans taking their record to 2-0. In a combined effort, the Lady Lions outscored the Lady Spartans 50-11. Catherine Rowland Williams led the charge with 15 points followed by an impressive performance by Mary Evan Simpson who added her own 10 points. Teagan Hicks scored 7, Aiden Penland contributed 5, and Skylar Pleasant put up 4 points before being sidelined with an injury. Other scorers included Jansyn Purdy (2 pts), Eli Poole (3 pts), Hallie Hudgins (2 pts), and Layla Young ( 2 pts). 

The A team plays again this Tuesday at Tallulah Falls.
